I am so happy that I received your postcard. My house had been listed for 8 months with two different realtors. We had a buyer who was pre-approved, so I accepted their offer rather quickly. I thought it would be no problem. I even started packing and got ready to move. But they failed to close.

Due to unpredictable reasons, we got behind on the payments. Our house was worth less than what was owed on it. We were desperate for a quick solution. My wife and I would like to thank you for your excellent handling of the sale of our home in Lexington,

Kentucky. Moving to Jacksonville, Florida for my career was supposed to be an exciting and memorable

occasion. We had no idea what a physical, mental, and emotional roller coaster we were about to

encounter during the move to Jacksonville, FL Who would have thought, 5 1/2 months would have passed

while we were living in Florida without the sell of our beautiful home located in Lexington, KY?

As my wife and I relocated to Florida we found a nice apartment by the beach on the third floor. We

decided to sign a 6 month lease thinking this would be plenty of time to sell the house in Kentucky. After

a few months, we began to get nervous.....Real nervous. We ware locating houses In Florida that we were

falling in love with, but because we hadn’t sold the house in Kentucky, we didn't make any offers. We

would just say, "It must not be meant to be".

One month later we receive the best news any couple could ever find out. We were going to have a baby'

What an exciting time.......A baby on the way, a great career, living 5 minutes from the beach ... "But wait,

we live in apartment, on the third floor'" It was time to purchase a new house, even if without the sale of

the house in Kentucky.

That was exactly what we did. We found a beautiful house located gated community, minutes to the golf

course, 2 aquatics facilities...etc.......Our lease was almost over at the apartment. Things were looking

great.

Our lives wanted to move forward but couldn’t because of the house in Kentucky. Until, your company

made the offer on the house in Kentucky......And my goodness did it happen at the best time. Our

agreement with our realtor was over so we could sell this on our own.

Your offer was not only a great one, but we actually came out better than using a realtor.

I wish I would have heard about your company when we first placed the house on the market. I could

have saved my wife and me from some sleepless nights.

I was very excited to hear the job opportunity in Beverly Hills, California. It was very competitive and I was lucky to get the opportunity. However, due to many complicated factors, I was not sure when they would need me to start the job. I knew I had to sell my house but I didn’t know when I needed to move…

Another thing was that I did not own my house in Kentucky very long. I knew I did not have much equity built up. I would be happy if I could get very little money or just to break even. I was willing to negotiate the price. I had talked to an agent and she told me for her to sell my house I would have to pay between $1500 and $2000 since I had no equity. I was shocked. About three years ago my husband and I were in our 50's when we were looking to buy our first house. We looked at about 60 before closing on our dream home November 17, 2002. We were exceited, happy and proud. Three years later my husband lost his job and things started to go down hill. It is now a month later and our home is sold!!! This was a real experience that we had with Mona and Grand Horizon. We recieved our check for $1500.00 today! When she called and said she was happy to meet us and give us our check I felt so wonderful. I am estatic! So, if you see a life saver candy in your mail and you are having problems please pick up the phone and give Grand horizon a call. It really works! Thank God for them because I don't know what I would have done without their help. Again, this was one of the best experiences we ever had. They spoke with the mortgage company and took care of all the paperwork. I didn't have to deal with the mortgage company again. We just want to say thank you for your help! I would recommend Grand Horizon to anyone that is having problems with their mortgage payment and need to sell their home.
